That means we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If a problem exists, we'll do whatever it takes for you to be satisfied or we will gladly refund your money. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price of the product if it is found to be defective.
All products returned for a refund must be in new, unused condition.
30 Day Warranty
We warranty all merchandise "free from manufacturer defects" for 30 days from the date you receive your purchase. If your new product is defective we will replace it!
All returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving item(s). Please call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. Provide your invoice number and the date of purchase. All items returned after the "5 day" period, will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
